Jonathan Marlow

Jonathan Marlow has been successfully selling real estate now for more than 18 years in perth and been an agency owner for 15 of those.

He began his career with the Roy Weston group and after a slow start developed to become a regular award recipient in the annual and quarterly awards and consistently performed in the top 10% of reps in the Roy Weston group. After three years bought the Agency from his boss and successfully guided that franchised office from 33rd to 19th in the group and for a number of years delivered training to new recruits within Roy Weston before leaving the group to form his own brand Vision Equity.

During the first two years Jonathan and his wife grew the company to two offices and employed 33 staff before they wound the company back for family and health reasons. During all of this time Jonathan has consistently performed in the top 5% of sales reps across the state and has had a significant involvement in training and developing many of Perths leading agents. Jonathan has delivered training for REIWA in the registered sales persons course and developed the Advanced Sales Persons certificate.

In 2008 Jonathan and his wife established RISE training an organisation that has now been responsible for delivering high quality training to more than 2000 Western Australian real estate agents. RISE has also conducted training for Elders in South Australia, Ausnet, Landmark real estate, First National and many local agencies . After seeing Jonathan present his extensive real estate sales knowledge many participants have named RISE training as the only provider that they will use for their real estate sales training. In many cases sales agents have been known to come back for much more training than is required under the CPD program because of the increases they have seen in their sales figures. Jonathan is a committed and highly skilled real estate sales person and trainer and is widely respected within the real estate industry and by his many clients
